The CHC Higher Education Research Symposium Learning and Loves: Re-imagining Christian Education was held on 18-19 July 2016 at Christian Heritage College, Brisbane, Australia.
Please click on the image below to see the full program with 36 presentations in addition to the two keynotes by Dr James KA Smith and Dr Ryan Messmore.
To ensure a coherent symposium experience and to maximise networking benefits delegates are encouraged to participate actively in the symposium on both days of the event.
Arrival: Delegates are invited to arrive for morning tea and registration on 18 July between 9-10am for a timely 10:30am start.
Departure: The Symposium will conclude on 19 July after the closing keynote with afternoon tea at approximately 3:30pm.
Venue: Citipointe Church, 322 Wecker Road, Carindale QLD 4152
A detailed symposium program is available above. For the convenience of conferees a printed program was made available to delegates at the time of the symposium.
Delegates are kindly requested to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements. A discounted hotel rate is being negotiated, and relevant details will soon be posted on this page.
As this is a self-funded event that is being made available to delegates at a competitive rate, the organisers are unable to subsidise any travel, accommodation or symposium registration costs. This also means that the organisers are unable to offer student discounts, and/or to distinguish between presenting and non-presenting delegate registration fees. *
Questions about the Symposium program and research papers may be directed to the Symposium Chair Dr Johannes Luetz at email@example.com
You can access your Research Symposium flyer here
Abstract submissions have now closed. Delegates are also welcome to attend the symposium without presenting a research paper.
Registrations for Symposium have now have closed.
*Prospective delegates who due to financial hardship are not able to afford the registration fee should contact the Symposium Chair so that a reduced rate may be explored on a special case-by-case basis.
