Sessional Lecturer

Angela is a graduate of CHC and is currently lecturing in Psychology and Ethics. She has a keen interest in Neuroscience. Originally a High School teacher and administrator, she now practices privately as a counsellor. Angela’s counselling perspective focusses on a wellness approach seeing clients as stuck rather than sick and she loves to see people become empowered to live their life in alihnment with their God-given purpose, mission and values. She counsels in trauma, grief and loss; stress, depression and anxiety; addictions; preparing for or enriching marriage relationships and coping with and maximizing life transitions.

Having made a Christian commitment as a teenager, Angela’s Christian faith is central to her life and she loves seeing both students and clients develop their own faith journey through their studies and life journeys.
