Student Computer Lab
The Computer Lab, which is located in the Learning Hub, has been established for the convenience of students who need to have the use of a computer when on campus. These PCs are often in high demand and students are asked to respect others by using them for study purposes only.
Due to the fact that the PCs in the Computer Lab are often in very high demand, they are to be used solely for studying purposes. Students wishing to log onto these PCs will need to know their network username and password prior to logging on. Detailed information for logging on to the PCs may be obtained in the Student Computers document.
Students are asked to consider their fellow students and are discouraged from leaving a PC they are using for extended periods of time as it inconveniences others who may be wishing to use a PC. PCs left unattended for extended periods of time may be rebooted by staff in order to give other students access.
Changing Office 365/Network Password
Your original Office 365/Network password has been auto-generated by a program and is often quite complex. You can change your password at the Library PCs using your username and the auto-generated password and then pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del together and selecting Change Password. Students unable to remember their network password may have it changed by: email: firstname.lastname@example.org ; or ph: 3347-7900 or by coming to the Help Desk in the Learning Hub and requesting a change.
