At the beginning of each semester, you will be issued with enough CHC Assignment Covers for each of your units. Should you require further Assignment Covers, they may be downloaded from the CHC website, or purchased from the CHC Reception.

The CHC 2008 Calendar, the Semester 2, 2008 Timetables (School of Ministries, All other Schools) and the Semester 2, 2008 Intensives Calendar are available to help you plan your year and see when your classes have been scheduled. Please remember to check the CHC website regularly for updates to these documents.

As a higher education provider, CHC must collect certain information from students in order to track their enrolment, to comply with certain State and Commonwealth legislation, and to report to particular departments in the higher education sector. To do this, we will periodically ask you to complete certain forms and to return them to us for processing.
As a student, there will be times when you will want to provide CHC with certain information, such as a change of address, or when you want to change some aspect of your enrolment, such as to transfer to a new course, to change the units in which you are enrolled in a particular semester, or to graduate from a course.
Most of the forms which apply to these cases are available on the CHC website and from the CHC Reception. If you are not able to find a particular form, or are not sure if the action you wish to take requires the submission of a form, please contact the CHC Reception.
Please note that you are required to sign and date any form that you submit in order for that form to be processed. If you neglect to complete any necessary part of a form, it will be returned to you to be completed. This is especially important to note if the form in question has a due date for submission. In such cases, the date of submission is the date that the form is received by CHC, not the date that you sign (or post) the form. If the form is incomplete and is returned to you, the date of submission is the date that the completed form is returned, not the date that the form was originally received
