In today’s business world, you need to be intuitive, focused and entrepreneurial. The role of business is to make the world a better place – creating wealth and well-being, prosperity, jobs and choices. CHC’s Business courses focus on the needs of small businesses, churches, para-churches and not-for-profit organisations. At CHC, you can study at a level that suits your skills and experience and gain the tools and thinking to make a difference.

The Diploma of Business (1 year full-time equivalent) provides an introduction to business and management, while the Bachelor of Business (3 years full-time equivalent) offers majors in Accounting, Business Administration, Management and Marketing. The Bachelor of Business with the Accounting major is accredited with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and CPA Australia.

The undergraduate Business are available to commence in Semester 1 and Semester 2. Applications are now open for the next intake of students, which will be in Semester 1, 2020.

At postgraduate level, you can enrol in the Graduate Certificate in Management as a stand-alone course, or as the first step on the MBA pathway. Units in these courses are offered by concentrated delivery, where students undertake one unit per study period across six study periods in a year. Students who complete the Graduate Certificate in Management may exit with that award or articulate into the Graduate Diploma in Management (also available for exit as a standalone award) before enrolling in the MBA.

The postgraduate Business courses are available to commence in Semester 1. Applications are now open for the next intake of students, which will be in Semester 1, 2020.

CHC undergraduate Business courses are offered both on-campus and external/online, while the Graduate Certificate in Management and the MBA are offered external/online only. All courses are available for both part-time and full-time study.

Whether you are studying for the first time or upgrading your qualifications, you will enjoy the practical orientation of the Business courses at CHC.
