Jen Neish

Sessional Lecturer - School of Education

Jen is a lecturer at Christian Heritage College with over 29 years of teaching and leadership experience across primary and secondary education in Australia and internationally, including the United States and Vietnam. She has taught across diverse subject areas, including Vocational Education & Training (VET) courses, such as Hospitality, and has served as a VET Coordinator and Careers Adviser.

A qualified career counsellor, Jen supports senior students and adults in shaping purposeful academic and professional pathways. With many years of experience mentoring pre-service and early-career teachers, she is passionate about fostering inclusive, engaging learning environments, strengthening assessment practices, and promoting teacher wellbeing to support sustainable, high-impact teaching.
