Jo Armstrong

Lecturer

Dr Jo Armstrong has been in executive leadership positions for over a decade. Currently she is the Chief Executive Officer for Cystic Fibrosis Australia and has extensive experience across the charitable sector and is passionate about people fulfilling their potential.

Jo believes in lifelong learning and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and, Doctorate in Business Leadership. She has a relentless pursuit of knowledge and commitment to driving positive change and bringing others with her on the journey of personal growth and development. Jo has regularly spoken at Citipointe Kingdo Builders and Kingdom Builders Women’s events as she is keen to encourage others in their stage of life.

Jo brings exceptional expertise and governance acumen to her role, highlighted by her achievement as a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). She has recently accepted a position as a Board Director with the Red Frogs Australia.

Jo has received recognition for her work through her nomination as a Finalist for Woman of the West in 2018, Finalist in the Parramatta City Council Citizen of the Year 2022 and recognition from the Federal Government for the impact she has made in Australia.

Jo is passionate about serving others whether through education, welfare, or advocacy so that everyone may have a full and abundant life.
