Michelle Murray

Lecturer, School of Social Sciences

My name is Michelle Murray and I am very much looking forward to working with you during your studies.

I completed my Masters of Counselling at Christian Heritage College.
My particular interest is working with adults as they heal from trauma.
I work with clients to promote and strengthen their personal boundaries in life.

Prior to this, I had worked for many years as a Registered Nurse in areas including General Nursing, Mental Health Nursing and Aged Care.

I live in the Northern Rivers of NSW. My self care includes spending time in the beautiful rainforests here, creating a calm and peaceful environment, and spending time with my husband, children, grandchildren and many pets!
