Natalie Daugherty
Natalie Daugherty is a dedicated psychotherapist with over seven years of experience, specialising in individual therapy, couples, and family counselling. With a strong background as a school counsellor in both NSW and Queensland, she is trained in Level 2 Gottman Method Couples Counselling and Bowen Family Systems Therapy.
A passionate advocate for healing and restoration, Natalie feels blessed to serve as an ambassador for Christ, helping parents connect with their children and navigate life's challenges. She is deeply committed to supporting families, particularly in addressing technology and screen-related issues, with a special focus on youth struggling with Excessive Screen Use Disorder, using Multidimensional Family Counselling.
As a dedicated professional, Natalie is a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and serves as a Professional Supervisor within the ACA College of Supervisors. She provides supervision and mentoring to both practising counsellors and counselling students, helping to enhance their clinical skills, professional development, and ethical practice.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys walking, fitness, sunsets, and spending time with her husband of 24 years and their two adult children.
