Course Details Master of Ministry Leadership

The Master of Ministry Leadership is a part-time course designed for experienced ministry professionals who are currently active in leadership roles. Spanning four years, this course deepens your understanding of leadership within a ministry context, equipping you to navigate the dual responsibilities of spiritual leadership and organisational management.

Church and Ministry leaders today must not only lead with spiritual conviction but also operate effectively within modern legal, administrative, and social frameworks. This course addresses that unique calling by integrating biblical and theological insights with contemporary leadership theory and social science research. It recognises that effective ministry leadership is both a divine calling and a practical discipline. Whether you’re a senior pastor, departmental leader, or organisational manager, the Master of Ministry Leadership will strengthen your capacity to lead with wisdom, vision, and integrity, faithfully stewarding your role as both a servant of God and a leader in ministry.
